Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every shipment booked with Courier Spot Pvt. Ltd. By handing over a parcel, the shipper accepts the conditions below.

1. 1 Address correction will be billed $30 per parcel for Europe.
2. 2 Lost/claim will be 100 USD and courier charge only.
3. 3 Remote area delivery charge will be billed as $30 per parcel for Europe.
4. 4 Insurance should be done by shipper self.
5. 5 In case of delayed delivery due to bad weather, weekend, customs issue or flight space, Courier Spot will not take any responsibility in such case.
6. 6 Volumetric conversion is calculated at L×B×H cm / 5000.
7. 7 Address correction will be billed $20 per parcel to customer.
